1.1. This Terms of Service (the "Agreement") constitutes a binding electronic agreement between Veloxi (the "Provider") and any individual or entity (the "Subscriber") accessing the network infrastructure.
1.2. By initiating the synchronization process with our Telegram interface or completing a digital asset transfer, the Subscriber acknowledges having read, understood, and consented to these provisions in their entirety.
2.1. The Provider utilizes advanced tunneling protocols (including but not limited to VLESS Reality) to facilitate a secure transit layer. Due to the inherent complexities of global routing and dependence on upstream Internet Service Providers, the service is rendered on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis.
2.2. The Subscriber acknowledges that peak performance metrics (bandwidth and latency) are subject to environmental variables beyond the Provider’s control, including local ISP throttling and the Subscriber’s hardware limitations.
3.1. All service access is granted upon the successful validation of a cryptocurrency transaction. The Subscriber acknowledges that blockchain-based payments are irreversible by design.
3.2. Refund Eligibility and Limitations: Given that a complimentary 24-hour evaluation period is provided to ensure technical compatibility, all subsequent purchases are deemed final and non-refundable. The Subscriber explicitly waives the right to a refund based on personal dissatisfaction or the eventual inability to access specific web resources.
3.3. Regulatory Force Majeure: The Subscriber accepts that global internet governance is subject to change. In the event of national-level censorship, implementation of sophisticated DPI (Deep Packet Inspection) filters, or IP-range blacklisting by sovereign entities within the Subscriber’s jurisdiction, such events shall be classified as Force Majeure. No compensatory measures or refunds shall be issued for service disruptions resulting from governmental actions or regulatory shifts.
4.1. The Subscriber shall indemnify and hold harmless the Provider from any claims arising from misuse of the encrypted channel, including but not limited to, the dissemination of malicious code, unauthorized network penetration, or violation of hosting provider TOS in specific server jurisdictions.
4.2. The Provider does not guarantee successful bypass of geo-restrictions implemented by third-party content providers (e.g., VOD platforms, financial institutions), as such entities may independently maintain databases of known data-center IP addresses.
